Fairy Garden Villa is a small, family-run villa on peaceful Cam Nam island, just across the river from Hoi An Ancient Town. Since 2018 our family has built and cared for every corner of this garden home, so you can enjoy the lanterns and markets of Hoi An by day and come back to quiet greenery by night.

Close to the Ancient Town, away from the noise
Cam Nam island is surrounded by a river and cornfields, which keeps the villa calm and green. The Ancient Town is a short ride away: cross Cam Nam Bridge next to Hoi An Market, or take the newer Thanh Nam Bridge by car. Where is Fairy Garden Villa located?
We are at 448/8 Nguyen Tri Phuong, Hoi An Ward, Da Nang City (formerly Cam Nam Ward, Hoi An, Quang Nam), on Cam Nam island across the river from the Ancient Town.
How far is the villa from the Ancient Town and the beach?
The villa is about 2.2 km from Hoi An Ancient Town, about 1.5 km from the town center and about 5 km from Cua Dai Beach. It takes around 15 minutes by bicycle or 5 minutes by motorbike to reach the Ancient Town.
Do I need to pay when I book?
No. Your room is held immediately without payment. Our staff will contact you 3 days before arrival (or 10 days before for group bookings or long stays) to confirm your booking and explain how to pay the deposit.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM.
What are the reception opening hours?
The front desk is staffed from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After that, we still arrange someone to help you whenever needed, and check-in is supported 24/7. Our AI receptionist is also available around the clock.
Does Fairy Garden Villa serve breakfast?
Yes. You can choose a room rate that includes breakfast, or order and pay for breakfast during your stay. See our breakfast menu.
Is there a kitchen guests can use?
Yes. The villa has a kitchen where guests can cook for themselves using their own ingredients. Please do not use it to host parties with lots of alcohol or many people.
How big and deep is the swimming pool?
The pool is 32 m² and gradually deepens from 1.2 m to 1.75 m. It is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The jacuzzi is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Can a car reach the villa?
Yes. Cars can drive right up to the front of the villa.
Is there parking at the villa?
There is parking for motorbikes. Car parking is very limited: the alley is narrow and our side parking area fits only one car, so please keep this in mind if you travel by car.
What transport options does the villa offer?
Bicycles are free for guests, and we offer motorbike and electric scooter rentals.
Can the villa arrange tours, show tickets and airport transfers?
Yes. We can book most tours, shows and activities in Hoi An for you, and arrange private taxis from Da Nang Airport or anywhere to Hoi An.
Is Fairy Garden Villa pet friendly?
Not really. We have our own dogs and cats living in the garden, but pets are not allowed inside the rooms and guests cannot bring pets from outside.
Is the villa safe at night?
Yes, very safe. The villa is on Cam Nam island, a quiet area where only friendly local families live and there is little traffic.
